Expert Expression Coaching You will never be left wondering what to do with your face. We coach you through specific emotional states and casting types — pulling out genuine, authentic expressions rather than asked-for poses.
Professional Studio Lighting Clean, modern, industry-standard lighting that highlights your features and keeps your submissions current with what casting directors are actually responding to in the St. Louis and regional market.
Wardrobe Guidance Before your session we walk you through exactly what to bring, what to avoid, and how to translate your casting type into a visual first impression. You show up prepared.
Multiple Looks Every session includes more than one casting type — commercial, theatrical, film/TV, or character — so each image has a specific submission purpose rather than being a random selection.
Same-Day Image Selection You review your images on a large monitor before you leave the studio. You choose your favorites. You walk out knowing exactly what is being retouched and when it arrives.
Natural, Industry-Standard Retouching We retouch every selected image to remove temporary distractions — not to change your face. Casting directors need to recognize you in the room from your headshot. Our retouching is always subtle and realistic.
High-Resolution Delivery Final images are delivered in high resolution and formatted for Actors Access, Casting Networks, Backstage, agency and casting director submissions, print materials, and your personal website or IMDb page.

Choose the Acting Essentials ($275) if:

From Booking to Delivered Images — Here Is How It Works
Step 1 — Book Online or by Phone Choose your session, pick a date that works around your schedule, and book directly through our online system. Sessions available 7 days a week including evenings and weekends.
Step 2 — Pre-Session Wardrobe Guidance Before your session we walk you through what to bring. Agency Submission Package clients receive a personal wardrobe call or text with Rez. Acting Essentials clients receive our full written wardrobe guide. Either way, you show up knowing exactly what you need.
Step 3 — Your Studio Session You arrive at 5205 Gravois Ave in the Bevo Mill District of South St. Louis. We take a few minutes to talk through your goals, your casting type, and your submission priorities. Then we shoot — relaxed, guided, and genuinely fun for most people once we get going.
Step 4 — Same-Day Image Selection Immediately after your session you review your images on a large studio monitor. You choose your favorites from the full shoot. You walk out with a decision made — not a two-week wait wondering what you got.
Step 5 — Retouched and Delivered Within 24–48 Hours Your selected images are professionally retouched and delivered in high resolution within 24 to 48 hours. Formatted for every platform you need. Ready to submit.

What is included in the session price — are there any add-ons?
No add-ons, no upsells, no surprises. The price you see is the price you pay. Coaching, lighting, wardrobe guidance, same-day selection, retouching, and high-resolution delivery are all included in every session. The only variable between packages is the number of final retouched images and outfit looks.
Do you offer student or young performer pricing?
We photograph teen actors and students regularly at our standard package rates. If you are a student on a tight budget, call us at 314-221-2166 and let’s talk through what works — we would rather get you in the studio than lose you to a photographer who produces inferior results.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Sessions typically book 1–2 weeks out during busy periods — especially spring and fall audition season. If you have an upcoming audition deadline, call us directly at 314-221-2166 and we will do everything we can to accommodate a faster turnaround.
What is your cancellation policy?

Yes. Every image is delivered in high resolution and formatted to meet the submission requirements of Actors Access, Casting Networks, and Backstage, as well as standard print sizes for agency submissions and headshot mailers.
